Flo founded Dalloz Contemporary in 2023 with a clear vision: to create a welcoming space that champions both emerging and established contemporary artists. Originally from the Isle of Wight, she worked in London galleries for almost ten years across various roles in sales, management and artist liaison. In early 2023 she was made redundant and realised it was time to make the rather risky decision to go it alone. Whilst most of her time is spent behind the scenes working collaboratively with our portfolio of artists or exhibition planning, you’ll often see her on the stand at an art fair or in the gallery with her two little girls, who love to lend a helping hand!

Jade oversees the gallery’s marketing and creative projects. With an award in Fashion Design, a degree in Textiles, and a background in art and design. She has exhibited her own work in France and London, winning the TexSelect and Bradford Textiles competitions. She has also collaborated with brands including LEGO, Under Armour and Dr. Martens. Jade developed a love for the creative side of marketing, having worked in the industry for over 12 years - from designing websites to creating logos. She leads all aspects of the gallery’s marketing and enjoys creating engaging social media content with the team and our artists. She also has a passion for interior design and helping clients find the perfect artwork to elevate their spaces.

Rachel oversees the day-to-day operations of the gallery, ensuring everything runs smoothly while helping to create a welcoming and inspiring environment for clients and visitors alike. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History of Art, she worked as a stylist in fashion retail before joining the team as an Art Consultant in January 2025. Passionate about contemporary art, Rachel enjoys sharing her knowledge and offering thoughtful, personalised guidance to help clients discover artwork they love. She particularly enjoys Home Approval appointments, where she takes the time to understand each client's taste and provide expert advice on selecting the perfect pieces for their home.

An extra pair of hands during busy times, Rupert is our occasional delivery driver, handyman, impromptu sales consultant and art fair “stand candy” - as he likes to refer to himself. Whilst his art knowledge may be a work in progress, his personality more than makes up for it.
